Searching for the Best Web Hosting Plan

I am really very confused.  I have decided I want to earn some extra money from home.  I have been trying to figure out what method would be best.  There are so many different programs and plans that it is overwhelming.  I do know I will need a website no matter what I do. I have decided to take a break from trying to figure out what to do and find the best web hosting plan.  That is pretty confusing as well.  I think if anybody has what it takes to figure all this out they just might make some money.
