In every break up, pain is inevitable and that is just perfectly normal not unless the relationship was fake or just superficial. If the break up with fiancé had been a serious one, than don’t ever deny that you felt pain. Let the pain get in to you but never let it eat the whole of you. Learn that to feel pain is normal but to let the pain make you dysfunctional is no longer good and you need to recover fast! A diversion is always good and it is your personal choice to make one! You have got to move on, may be not now, but eventually you have to.
