The Job Description of a Paralegal
The key to success as a paralegal, is to start early, work hard and be prepared. Although a paralegal is not an attorney, they do have the vast majority of the responsibilities for the attorney, and play an important role to them. Most of the time the paralegal is the key person who puts in a lot of research into legal cases. Other paralegal job description includes preparing written reports, organizing and keeping track of legal files, keeping up on current laws and regulations, and preparing the attorney for court hearings, trials, and closing. Sometimes the paralegal is the key contact person for the client. The duties are extensive and very rewarding.
