It needs to produce a ministerial balance between the intellectual, forensic, and sacred dedication to Christ, His Word and His service.A theological schooling center must produce the qualities needed for church leadership as defined in 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1 and the faculty should convey to students through model and precept. Also central is the developing of men and women to be individual learners who study and think.
