Wanting The Home of Our Dreams
My wife and I have been trying to sell our current home for about a year now. The realtor told us in the beginning that it could take up to 10 months to sell this home. However, as it has been a full year we almost gave up on selling it. Just when we were about to throw in the towel we got an offer that we could not refuse. We are now getting our annual credit report to make sure that we can close on our new home that we just bought. We feel very confident that this is a win win situation.
