A Welcome Home Suprise
My wife had to go to the hospital for a few days for a treatment she needed. I knew it was something she wasn’t looking forward to. I wanted to cheer her up, and so arranged to surprise her with a clean, modern new bathroom, in the colors she likes when she got home. I found the furnishings I needed at a discount bathroom furniture store, and had it done by the time she was ready to be discharged. The look on her face when she saw it was priceless. There were tears of happiness in her eyes. That made all the hard work worth it.
