The various methods of patching the differences without wasting enrgy unnecessarily, are explained. The book concentrates only on the subject of making up with your partner, rather than confusing yourself over all the other problems that may be present. Focus is laid on only the real issues and ways of solving them. While facing a similar situation when my girlfriend and I broke up, I was left stunned and I had no clue as to what I should do.
