What constitutes a panic attack disorder?

If you’ve only experienced one bout of panic or anxiety in your life, then you probably don’t feel that you have a disorder.  However, for some of us, panic attack disorder is a very real experience and happens quite often.  For people experiencing OCD, even the everyday stressors of laundry piling up, dirty dishes crowding the counters and simply being unable to say “no” when asked to take a responsibility for a job or activity can bring on feelings of anxiety and panic.  When you are experiencing panic attacks on a regular basis, chances are you feel certain that your experiences are a disorder and not simply an occasional chance of circumstance.
