Sit Ups Won’t Help
After I had my son, I wanted to lose my belly fat. I wanted to lose it naturally though. I tried doing sit ups every day. That did not help. I thought it would, but it ended up being a huge waste of time. Yes it did make my stomach muscles harder, but what is the point when I had major love handles. I got online and did a search on how to lose belly fat naturally. Sure enough, I came across many articles telling me what I had previously learned, sit ups won’t help you lose belly fat. I wish I knew this months and months ago. I feel like I need to start all over. One thing I have learned is to research everything from now on.
