No time for relaxation

I had been willing to try almost anything to relax.   The pressures at work had gotten to me and I wanted to be able to get out from under it for just a little while each day.    I turned to self-hypnosis for relaxation and it worked.  By listening to the downloads on my ipod I was able to get my life back into perspective.   The trouble I was having was finding the time to relax and participate in the self-hypnosis.   I tried doing it in the car as I was driving but that did not work out as I found myself almost putting myself to sleep.
