Is all candy bad for you?

If you are like most people then you like a little something sweet from time to time.  This is just fine as long as you are choosing good for you candies and sweets.  What constitutes a healthy candy, and can you eat candy and not get fat?  This has got to be a metabolism issue if you ask me, which is directly relative to how active a person may be throughout their day.  I have seen men eat nothing but crap food and then follow it up with some candy bars, king size even, every day for ten years.  These men worked hard labor.  That has got to be the key.  Stay active.
