Giving My Nephew Some Exercise Equipment
My nephew is just starting to get interested in working out and exercising. He plays football for the high school team so he has to keep in good shape. He has been going to the gym in the school but said that he would like to work out at home. I told him that my husband has a set of weights and I have a Schwinn 215p Recumbent Exercise Bike that I will give him if he wants them. He got all excited and said he would get one of his friends to come over with his truck and help him take them to his house.
