Meditation for a Healthy Mind
It’s no wonder I feel a great deal of stress. Right now, the children are running in and out of this room and all I can think about is putting them to bed early! I really need to find some useful relaxation and stress management techniques to help me get through each day. I am thinking about meditation because it is something that can be done almost anywhere. This issue is important to me, because as a busy mom, I don’t have a lot of extra time to go take a class or even to go on a walk by myself.
