when you are done bulking and it is time to start to diet for fat loss you better get ready to be in a bad mood. i know that i get into one. reduced carbs is just no fun. i am not a pro so there is no need to be in perfect condition. i will not be a prisoner to fitness but i will enjoy it. this is very important. if you are not enjoying yourself then what is the sense. enjoying your exercise program will help motivate you to push further every time you are in the gym.
