Green Tea is the Best

A couple of years ago I decided to change my entire lifestyle. I wanted to be healthier, leaner, and stronger. I stopped eating most of the bad things that I was taking in daily and I began to eat everything in moderation. I also began to exercise and take back control of my health. My favorite exercise is walking and jogging. Another thing that I did was buy tea. My tea of choice is green tea. I enjoy the rejuvenated feeling that I receive from it and it has a massive list of health benefits if it is used regularly.
