Watering Plants
Blight is a plant disease that can be controlled with the right maintenance. Plants should be watered at the ground , so that the roots of the plant are able to soak up the water. If the plant is watered on the leaves an environment is left for blight to strive. It is recommended to water in the morning. This leaves time for the excess water to be dried up. If a plant is watered late into the night it will not have as much time to dry up the excess water. The plants should also be spaced apart to help prevent the spread of blight.
