Happier Holidays
I’m engaged! Chris popped the question this weekend. We’re going to tie the knot just before Christmas.
Here’s how it happened. We were sifting through possible designs of custom holiday photo cards we are planning to send out to friends. He was the one who prepared the designs and had me choose from over a couple of dozen of sample custom holiday photo cards.
As I was nearing the end of the stack, several sample photo announcements of our “engagement” rendered me speechless. I was in shock and I couldn’t speak. I looked at Chris questioningly and the realization dawned to me when he knelt and took a little box from his pocket.
So there I was, photo announcements and custom holiday photo cards in hand, crying and laughing at the same time.
Chris also made me choose among the photo announcements he has prepared, which will be sent along with our custom holiday photo cards to friends and family. This is going to be one special holiday.
